Residents plan a wide variety of activities in each living area, and welcome all levels of participation.

Lutheran Haven Auxiliary Committee

Established in 1974, members of Auxiliary share their time and talents for the benefit of Assisted Living residents. Auxiliary members organize and operate a Spring and Fall Flea Market. The funds raised are used to purchase services and equipment for the Assisted Living Facility. We'd love to have you become a member of the Auxiliary. Lutheran Haven Woodworking Shop

The Lutheran Haven Woodworking Shop is a resident organized and operated workshop that is well equipped and open to all interested residents of Lutheran Haven. Whether there is a special woodworking project or a repair, woodworkers are available to train or provide assistance as needed.

Transportation

Transportation services are available for visits to physician offices and other medical appointments with a prior reservation. There is no additional charge for medical transportation made in advance, for service provided within the 32765 zip code. Group transportation is made available for off-site events with a minimal charge.


		The Village Shoppe


	The Village Shoppe, an interesting place to shop, is open from 1pm - 4pm Wednesday through Saturday. Lots of knick knacks, housewares, greeting cards at reduced prices, clothing and other items you can't pass up. Located across from The Harbor (ALF), all proceeds from sales at the The Village Shoppe are used to purchase equipment and services for The Harbor (ALF).

	Fitness Center


	The Fitness Center at Lutheran Haven is committed to offering Residents a variety of choices to bring about better fitness. We strive to bring fitness through, strengthening, endurance activities, and healthier living in a workout environment where everyone feels accepted and respected. Located in the Fellowship Hall, the Fitness Center, contains specific exercise equipment that will provide the opportunity to gain strength and endurance, as well as, overall balance and flexibility.

	Meal Service


	Mobile Meals are available on the Haven campus for those who don't wish to prepare meals, or those who may be under the weather for a time. Meals may be ordered in advance, and are delivered as ordered according to a pre-selected menu.
