Lutheran Haven offers Home Health Care Services to our campus residents as well as to residents of Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties, regardless of religious affiliation.

As a Medicare-participating provider, licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and accredited by Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC), Lutheran Haven Home Healthcare works directly with your physician in the design and goals of your care. Our mission is to assist all whom we serve in recovery and rehabilitation, while teaching skills that ensure a comfortable and peaceful environment.

	Through Medicare Parts A & B, 100% of skilled home health services are covered — no co-payments or co-insurance is necessary which allows individuals to reduce time spent in hospitals, or prevent visits completely. A similar savings comes if home care can provide services which prevent or delay placement in a nursing home or other facility.
